New York-based American photographer Amy Stein is most widely known for her compelling photo series’ Domesticated, Stranded and Halloween in Harlem, which ‘explores our evolving isolation from community, culture and the environment’.

Amy Stein’s photography is featured in numerous public and private collections, including Chicago’s Museum of Contemporary Photography, Chicago and the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art.

Amy Stein, who was cited by American Photo Magazine as one of the Top 15 Emerging Photographers in the world, now teaches at the School of Visual Arts and Parsons The New School for Design.
