    My comments are directed strictly to legal, regulated hunting.
    One issue not mentioned here is that the vast majority of wildlife conservation funding is from hunters. Almost every wildlife preserve in the world was paid for by licenses, duck stamps and private checks from hunters. Thousands and thousands of jobs, millions of dollars in infrastructure, and vast reserves in Africa and elsewhere are paid for by hunters, Anti-hunting efforts cause enormous harm to the very animals we all want to protect. Hopefully your book takes a candid look at that reality.
