His very last line hit me so hard. As an actor I’ve struggled with this same thought process to make my life easier. No matter how much work I get, if people don’t see me on TV or in FIlm’s, they struggle with believing I’m a working actor. Their comment is always, “so what’s it like trying to be an actor?” As if making 10-20K a year doing something doesn’t legitimize it as a career yet. I can’t imagine the questions and comments he must get as someone who doesn’t look the part he plays.
