Brandon Jernigan majored in finance and crunched numbers for a few years before he decided to become a photographer. Today his clients include Smirnoff, JetBlue, Only Vegas, Target, Nike Bauer, Three Olives Vodka, Chase Bank and Waterpik among others. On the Steampunk series, Jernigan writes:
‘The ingredients of Steampunk vary by creator but generally involve anachronistic philosophies, whimsical industrial creations rooted in fantasy and a stylistic mashup of Victorian elegance and science fiction. As a photographer, I share the stylistic independence, meticulous attention to details and DIY craftiness of the steampunk movement, which I hoped to celebrate with these portraits.’
