Virginie Noel is a self-taught photographer from Belgium. She currently lives and works in Berlin, Germany. In her personal work, she focuses mainly on artistic and documentary essays. These photos are from the series ‘Icing Sugar’, in which she writes, ‘This series is a fiction about the sweet veneer of memories we create to forget the cold shivers of our childhood summers’.
